Hari Raya Festive

Mr ZP had been busy for the last few week because of Hari raya. Buying this and that....

On Tuesday morning, I was so hungry, wanted to eat Crystal Jade porridge but it was not open. Went to marine parade hawker, order dim sum, saw the porridge i wanted, so there it goes, my meal. After ZP shop for his fanta drinks and cake stuffs.

Lai ah lai ah - $15.40 for one carton, can mix and match.....

Hari Raya is just around the corner, and MR ZP will be off duty this coming Hari Raya, so he decided to buy his bajung, when i walk in the bazaar,  i told him to get light peachcolour close to pink colour, without collar, and he insisted to have pink with collar this year....After walking for 3 hours, we finally can settle where to buy. He still insist on collar, thinking it will help to extend his short neck. X, i was right, no collar is better....I win.

On wednesday, we finally, manage to rush into JB after his in-service, to have some errands done, fixing the door knob, putting the car windscreen film. Doing some massage, buy some titbits, and finally, eating my favourite Nando and my San lou noodle.

 

After Nando's, we decided to buy some dessert from Secret Recipe - Banana Chocolate and blueberry cheesecake.He bought oreo cheesecake.

Using the WIFI in Nando's, manage to google the address of San lou, and screen shot, and try to navigate in the dark to find it. So happy to see it, after one over year.

On the previous occasion, when we went in to JB to change the windscreen, i Manage to eat my favourite prawn noodle. Still as nice with many indgredient.

While the wedding bells of Ying and Din getting nearer, so am Eddy and I....... Both Ying and eddy actually bought coloured contact lenses, so under some peer pressure and some link from eddy, i actually bought it online ( can't belive i bought it online )

Monday morning, I went for a contact lenses fitting by Jess, so i took opportunity to ask her about buying online. she took me my base curve of 8.6/8.7, and diameter of 14.2 is suitable for me. So bases on the requirement i chose this, without even really seeing it.

I bought it from qoo10, with shipment and paypal charges, everything was $ 24.90. ( yet to see the cc bills ). I ordered it on monday night and recieved on thursday afternoon. I have yet to try it yet. But am excited !

July 13 - A date at Vivo

Food Hunting in July

With many other food like Marche, Brussels spout,  Al-azhar, 89.7 and others but the most disappointing was the Coastal settlement that we didnt manage to arrive before last order. It was a great month with great food, and gosh, time to work out next mont, before Ying's wedding.

Compeition and money drown me !

I remember as a sport person back in school days, I love to attend sports meet, swimming meets etc.. i do have many awards like 4x100, 100, 200, or others...But i don't win all the time, at the same time losing doesn't mean I am not good, just not as good as others...After all who don't like the feeling of winning..

But when if the winning of others affect u ? not because u lose....? For example, the competition of sales managers of wanting their team to win, adding tremendous stress on u, which doesn't fit into ur personalitly.... I love motivation but moderate.. not extensive motivation of everyday, U CAN DO IT, U CAN DO IT...

Facing the same people and the same thing frustrate me, motivating me in a wrong way  dis-motivate me..... i get negative and emo and run away from people. I dont knoe why, am i such a person....i dont like to be fake.....

What when u set the goal to what ur mangagers wants u and not what u want ? when u fail to achieve, they say the goal is set by u, but when u set ur own goal, they say is too low.. how much is enough.... During the downfall of my life, when my expenses is more than my pay... I learn to live life in a humble and practical way.. I stop eating restaurant, and when it get worse, i dont even step into fast food... bedok or marina parade food center has cheap and maybe nice food.. is might not be as comfortable as restaurant and need to bear with humid temperature with fired food smell on ur clothes. but is a good way of saving money.....

It still stay the same, Money is not a motivation for me, but u still need certain amount of money to survive... Just like others, i enjoy better food when i have more money, enjoying life... hehehe... especially Thailand, Cheap and good....roadside stall... but the price also increase..

I guess not everybody is suitable for a competitive environment..if not everybody is a salesman.... depends on your morale and values.... No right or wrong, subjective to teachings and learning...


i thought i was the only one that feel that way, apparently i am not alone..... To some it work, to some it doesnt't ? thats why i am sad about what i should do in life?

Day 4 - Massage at 1000hrs at Health Spa.... Then rush back to hotel for check out.... But taxi driver bought us to the wrong place, and got to walk back from hotel..... Rush to pack and check out before had last minute of shopping... 

While rushing to meeting Serene for shopping, she recommend us crepe, Hseuh fen , Molly and me share 2 banana Chocolate crepe ( 30baht each) about 1.5dollars in SGD when Sin sell about 4-6 dollars....

Last minute lunch at 1515hrs, my fav noodle soup that cost 40 baht ( first day cost 50 baht just the noodle ) with chilli, super nice..... How can i Miss it ? and accompanied with some fried chicken, cheap and delicious ) ...

Home Sweet Home.... so happy to see dear dear......

It has been 3 years...

Yesterday, for once again, I had step into an alpha, going for 995 calls.... The only difference is run by private ambulance. Like i say, i still miss certain part of my alpha life, and leaving the alpha was a must then and to explore stuffs in the outside world was indeed was an eye-opener, certain views do not exists any more.... Just like team work, and many people working together bounce to have politics......And nobody really need somebody..... Some people are just there for part of your life and leave you with scar..... The most important thing is to achieve what u want in life, it might not be totally materialistic.....for me, is just a simple thing like having food to eat and once a while to go for holiday....

 
Anyway it was a new and old experience...Something so familiar to me for 6 years, but in a different setting, in the west side and in a new alpha setting and changes of procedure.... Going for case is almost the same, of coz my skills are rusty, how rusty, i am not sure yet.. It was a n great opportunity to learn from Omar and Faili...

Faili, a person who i want to learn so much from since i was a trainee.. He had taught me for few weeks in level 2 and had to leave for certain reasons. But inside my heart, he is a good person to go for guidance....

I feel scare just like i was back as a trainee, i feel shy and lost not knowing what to do.... and i feel reluctantly to step in the station not because of the distance from home but i do not wanna meet my bastard ex where he does his reservist.

Meeting familiar faces at hospital made me feel awarkard and staying in the paramedic office is no longer the same... maybe is just me, i am no longer a bubbly person i used to be......

After 7 1/2 hours, i was time to celebrate Omar's 32 bdae with some food... We went to Al-azhar in Bukit Timah but it wasnt that nice as compare to Tampines one...HAPPY BIRTHDAY OMAR !

RTO Bangkok Day 1 & 2

I guess since last year is a practice that our organisation will go overseas together for team bonding trip. This year, BKK was selected. Not my favourite again, last year Bali, this year Bangkok, haiz....

No doubt, i just came back from HKT ( Phuket ) like 3 weeks ago, and then BKK with the organisation. Is not exactly an holiday, cause it very stressful to go out with organisation, cannot be late, certain things cannot do... image, image and image.. and i simply cant dress what i want..peer pressure.. must look nice....one of the must bring - make up stuffs ! 

 Well, do i have a choice ? Well, the cons of group tour, waiting and waiting, we have 31 people.....

This is our hotel room - Is like a hostel with air con and space, and the TV channel are all in THAI....

 In the evening, our team are having dinner with Roland.... Arranged by Isaac..... They say they have this place is Singapore but not as happening like Thailand...

We had 3 cabs, i was with Roland and Shermaine, we went the 2nd but arrived the first and waited for like 20-30 minutes. Lucky we have a address and Roland use his GPS

It is a German drinking place with a really big place with many seats... really spacious.......

our table was full of food- the only thing was, i dont really take pork and fish, so i dont really have much thing to eat......My favourite was tom yum but too spicy if i never take proper meal..

We  have live performance, belly dancing, singing etc.... The singers change clothes every song, and they sing for 3-4 hours......

Day 2 of the Bangkok Trip

As usual of a group tour - we need to meet at 0815 BKK time, just to go for tour.... visiting the 4-face Buddha, blah... As some of them are praying, those that there not are taking pictures

 Part of the tour - visit to those tour place, selling honey and all... @ 1300hrs when we suppose to eat at 1300hrs

1500 hrs BKK time - we finally can have our lunch or i mean our brunch/early dinner by the management team of RTO....

After the meal was a 1 hour shopping at Plantinum Mall - 3 dress - 1 top - 2 tube

 After the shopping was Massage at Health Land - Recommemded by Cherie

I tried the aromatherapy that cost 850 baht - SGD about 30 dollars but the foot massage cost only 250 baht... Is a very calm, relaxing and posh place....
