Month of October - the non sociable month

 Why is the non-sociable month ? Due to some personal reason, I had to be vegan for this month. I had to push away many social appointment or meet up as not many people appreciate being vegetarian.

While Estee was away in Korean, her korean look so yummy to me and before that i did my research on vegetarian, and boneless Kitchen serve Korean and Italy Food.

I tried their army stew and root beer float, while ZP had tomato spaghetti.

Over the weekend, Dear cook my tomato mushroom spaghetti with hash brown for me.

Month of Sept

The beginning of September !  Long way to strike all the dates !  Starting my second month in the company !

One of the evening, we decide to go Changi Airport,thou with variety of food to chose from, yet is limited for us as we have been visiting the place! We decide to try the thai food, surprisingly the food was great ! Argh, really wish that I could go bangkok for a short trip ! 

September is also the month that My Beloved Mother's Birthday fall on ! A great birthday celebration with the family. My mother who work so hard to keep the house in order and make sure we are ok !

We actually Meet eddy for a short and quick dinner session to catch up at our fav MOF! Love the birthday present ah jie bought for me for my birthday !

After much procrastination, I had decide to just click to attend beach volleyball via meetup.com alone ! Truly a fresh start to try to get things going, to have fun and to exercise !

 

Guess what ? After 6-7 years of not playing, I was starting to get tired after 10 min of warm up ! And is started to get worse when I was like 10 min into the game, I felt like throwing up and spinning, and I had to pause to rest before I collapsed !

After which, I feel badly dehydrated ! Went to NTUC to get some drinks ! After which I try to join back the game ! By then when I feel comfortable and alright, it was time to leave the court !
That day, the PSI must be high, high enough that you barley see the flyer !

4PM hot afternoon Sun, high PSI and many years of not playing beach volleyball and exercise ! It has been a great experience, I nearly cannot make it after 1/2 hr but I told myself that i must get things going !

After almost 6 months, with a random catching up, we manage to meet up with baby khalifah! Oh ! How adorable he is ! I love fusion babies ! He is a big baby now ! So photogenic on the camera !

Is coming to end of Sept, the place that I had been going for lunch for the past 2 months is closing down due to re-development. To a hotter and further lunch place....hmmm...

A date night with dear ZP over the last weekend of Sept !

 We went to the Korean Restaurant at Orchard Central. It was ok but not fantastic for the dinner. I still prefer Bibigo, taste much better, much affordable with better service !

After just a walk around the 2-3 building in Orchard ! Full of Korean skin care and cosmetic ! Yeah ! How to go Korea like that ? Luggage sure explode ! Didnt know innisfree had a shop in Singapore, and walked pass and it was close to their closing time, still I manage to get something !

A head count for the lipsticks, with the sudden of 5 new lipstick from the last 2 months !


Finally, is almost the end of September ! Looking forward for the last quarter !

September 2014 - Is my birthday !

 Pre-birthday date with love at Kallang Leisure Park with my coffee to perk me up for the start of the week and complimentary birthday cake from Starbucks, and then an early night !

While the clock almost strike 0000hrs, after coming back from the toilet, Zewlpink had wake up from his nap went to his so called "jacket and tea" bag and put a box beside me.

 I knew it, I knew there is something in his bag ! When I saw the love portion, I seriously thought it "a brand" until I read the back and push the box. He re-packaging my favourite Chanel brand with his love ! And lipstick and lip gross with his design too !

He gave me voucher of Free Movie and date with him, and I can get body massage and foot massage

Then to "pretend" to blow the candle which they say is too fake !

As I was still in probabtion and I can't take leave, I had to work on my birthday. So we had a birthday cake and the girls insist I had the actual age on the cake !

After work, Zewl picked me up and we went to orchard. So while at ION Zewl had planned that he will bring me to Balaclava ( which he say Wala ) that got me all puzzle. And then Joshua told him it was closed last week despite he got a few prompting from the phone apps.

He did a last minute reservation while I was trying to look at shoes at TODS ! So we proceed for my birthday dinner after a short walk.

Despite the waiter got our order wrong twice, it was still a very good service by all crew.

 Mexican Chicken Salad - Refreshing with seasoning mixed beans. Very unique appetizer !

I had Chilli Crab spaghetti because I had craving for both of them !

 I thin this is called the Barqoe Chicken, cook to the right texture, with evenly cooked potatoes.

 WildBerries Mojito - Refreshing and sweet alcoholic drink - which relaxes my body and eventually I had an early night !

Despite having a really full stomach, Zewlpink insisted on dessert to complete the dinner. And he had been seeing the waiter and waitress serving plates and plates of this dessert, and he wanted to try.

It was simple and I really appreciate but is mid-week and I went home by 9pm and slept by 10plus... Ya i know... it was tiring ! I had fun !

Month of August - Work

So how was my month of Auguest ?

It was mix with high and little bit of low.

I am very glad that I was able to start on the right foot in the real corporate world. Although my friends in the corporate world feel that corporate world is a "dangerous" world. To me, is better than an evil company that favoritism and no matter how much you do, the day when their mood is bad, will turn against you.


I guess I am not the only one that is happy with having a direct bus to work, Zewl will be more delighted to have more rest and sleep without sending me to work.

I joined near the National Day, and they had mini celebration in the office.

My team mates look decent and make me feel comfortable and alright. They behave and speak properly.

Just like my teammates, I learn to strike off one date by a passing day. While a new start of the month look dreadful, it seem that it can be actually quite fast.

While Friday boyfriend ( most of the time, he only picked me on Friday evening ) is happy, we decide to venture the places near my office. So the first cafe we ventured Tiramisu Hero !

So we tried the matcha tiramisu cause the original one was sold out ! And it was recommend by people online too !

So the usual sleep food coma Zewl, by the comfortable outdoor seat.

Hoping everything for work goes well as I will still have my probabtion period !

I am a good girl now with almost predictable sleeping pattern - I need to be on the bed like 10 ish or 11 to sleep , which i guess is good for my body that is growing old.
