Last week of July 2014

 I got my craving fix again last week ! You char kuay at Geylang Serai Market ! With kerba, bird nest drink and coconut juice for the hot and humid weather !

After signing my contract for the next chapter, and while waiting for dear to finish work. Decided to test out the new kallang wave that he mention.

 The new stadium known as the sports hub. So different when I was working during the construction.

I did some shopping for my up and coming chapter !

 Yesterday was the first day of Selemat Hari Raya and Azhar and kindly invited us to his house for lunch along with daryl and chee lee.

After which, I met Jolene at Airport for some quick catch up.

It was quite crowded for the evening, and we eventually settle down for Paris Baguette for coffee and dessert ! I ordered Oh-My-Baby crepe and Sweet bacon along with caramel macchioto.

I don't know what to order, so i peek at what the stewardess was ordering, and subsequently, the customer also ordered the sweet bacon. I find that the drinks are a rip off ! $8 for ice chocoloate with a fancy name of "cool chocolate "

Is always bless to have friend to understand what you went thru and give you encouragement, with understanding you need to go into corporate world and have job advancement.

Little small step in Mid- July 2014

Head of to interview at this very nice and cosy place off changi,

Is called the changi cove. Is give me a very cosy and comfortable vibes. Guess what, My interviewer was someone we know. In fact, Pearyln was in the same CG as ZP. Then headed of to Kallang for another interview.

Last Saturday ,

after someone finally wake up, we finally heading off to orchard area for some walk walk session. Walked walked to research for my new coming small wallet,  happen to pass by Coach at Wisma atrium. Guess what ? Someone had more itchy backside and fingers!

He bought a orange COACH wallet

then he bought a Thomas Sabo silver and ceramic black ring. While I tired to find something, but didnt have my size or something I like. The lady gave me a brochure, so i decided to flip it and just to entertain her request. But while she was trying to bring me something else. Voila, I saw something that caught my eyes, and ask for it, but it didnt have my size. She told us we could order, but she keeping asking me if I really want it or should she ordered .

 Is similar to Bulgari design, but it has black and rose gold. something I wanted. The price is almost $1000 cheaper. So I ordered it. But the next day, the lady called ma again to verify for the nth time.

 Last Sunday, we celebrated my maternal grandfather's 87th birthday. While it was a hot and humid day, the gathering brought me comfort and peace. After the assault case, and all the insulting, abscence from family gathering, what did I get as a paramedic, probably nothing.

Maybe is time to put family first, because you really dont know when you will lose them. Looking at the older cousin ( 35 years old plus and minus) who had family and kids, versus my generation ( 25-35 years old) versus the younger cousing ( less than 15 years old ). While we sit at one corner and discuss about holiday, the younger one had to serve cakes and all.. Change of role !

After the lunch, My BIL, Sister and my cousin and I walked to the stadium Singapore Pools to support our Germany team ! Bought one round, germany, H-H 3-1, sister and I  walked away and decided to buy another probability of draw- Germany.

 While watching the matches at Night, had heart attack, SVT blah blah... Even thou, the match went into extra times, with Mario Gotze scoring the only goal at the 113th minute. Lost the bet but still happy Germany won.

Someone had to buy Germany jersey, but didnt buy when we were in Germany.

This was my one wining ticket from the whole season of World Cup 2014. Although, I lost $20, the bet was to add more excitement into watching the game.

While the weather is getting hotter, and the dengue fever rising, maybe I should be glad that i am not in the emergency, but i still feel i should get my justice back.

July 2014

Thank God, the dreadful and much depressing June in gone. And I just got to tell myself to be happy from now onwards, While doing a temporary position as a paramedic again while looking for job. As much as I don't it, I had this specialized skill that make me much better than KFC. And it doesn't involve going out much, with air con and a better controlled environment. So I just need this opportunity to be earn a little for expenses while waiting.

What else can I complain, if you are being paid to do your own stuffs, except is not in my room, but  at the extreme side of Singapore where I stayed. And hopefully, I get my service fee asap.

Before the start of the temp job, I went to orchard, to had grooming day of waxing, threading, clean my scalp ( after some impulsive decision of some package, haiz). Since I had to passed by and might as well had a short visit to Geylang Bazaar for the Kerbab, chicken wings and food just for this period of the year.

I went back a few days later as I got cravings for you char kuay and bird nest. Yummy....

Last Saturday, after dinner with the family, we dropped by the near by the cafe. However, the cafe was quite packed on a Saturday for a cozy cafe.

This is my 3rd time here for the week, I have to say, their dessert and their coffee are really affordable. We tried the almond croissant, honey chamomile cake, brownie with ice cream,

Yesterday, i got my korean craving satisfied yesterday after visiting the career fair and walking around to stock up the basic amenities. Saw Jolene unexpectedly at her flea market and chat a little.

Backside itchy and came across this audio technician ear/headphone, but since the payment is unknown, and is better to save for rainy days, plus is more of a want than need. So just need to walk away.  


07/07/07 1200hrs - I am very annoyed in the new place right now. Trying to repeat the same thing to the same person for the 1001 time. No 1, I am a contractor to this company. Is like you flag for taxi, you travel and when you reach the destination, I paid the taxi driver for his fees. I am not here for him to take my car or to be a nanny or try to explain what he can do, eventually, you must decide whether what you want to do. I  do not want to get involve in that company way of running services. I just want to provide my paramedic service and get paid and that it.
